Margaret River Chardonnay styles are perhaps some of the best in Australia. Situated at the eastern end of the Burton block on white clay Murgite soils, our 1,900 low yielding Gin Gin variety vines produce around 4 tonnes of fruit each year. Usually picked at around 13.5 Baume, our fruit expresses nice stone fruit flavours with citrus over-tones – great for producing flavoursome wines. Married with carefully selected French oak, our style has nice length and balance that should cellar nicely. Around 3 to 5 years is a great time for you to drink and enjoy.
